§ Careers

Build Prism with us.

We're a small team. Every hire counts. We bias toward people who've worked the floor of the businesses we serve — coaches, GMs, ops leads, hardware engineers.

Senior Product Engineer

We're hiring a senior product engineer to lead the operator dashboard. You'll own a slice of the codebase end-to-end — from the data model to the UI a multi-site GM looks at every Tuesday.

You'll do

  • Ship features that GMs use the morning after they're shipped.
  • Lead the data model for cross-site rollups.
  • Own the rendering performance budget for the dashboard.

You bring

  • 5+ years building product, ideally at a vertical SaaS company.
  • Comfort with TypeScript, Postgres, and a real RUM tool.
  • A bias for shipping over scaffolding.

Customer Success Manager — MENA

Be the named CSM for our largest MENA accounts. You'll spend most of your time on the floor of clubs the size of ESPORTA — talking to GMs, watching the front desk, and turning observations into product improvements.

You'll do

  • Run quarterly business reviews for ~12 named accounts.
  • Be the GM's first call when something doesn't feel right.
  • Translate field signal into Engineering & Product roadmap input.

You bring

  • 4+ years in CS, ideally at a vertical SaaS or ops-heavy SaaS company.
  • Native Arabic + fluent English.
  • Comfort spending 30%+ of time on-site.

Design · Remote · Full-time
Design Engineer

Design Engineers at Prism own the seam between Figma and React. You'll prototype, build, and ship — often the same day.

You'll do

  • Prototype new flows in code, not Figma.
  • Maintain the design system across 5 apps and a marketing site.
  • Pair with product engineers on every feature touching member-facing UI.

You bring

  • A portfolio of shipped product (not concept work).
  • React, Tailwind, motion (Framer Motion or similar).
  • Strong opinions about hierarchy, contrast, and rhythm.
