Before Prism
Before Prism, the team ran on a stack of four-to-six disconnected tools. Reconciliation was manual, reporting was weekly-at-best, and retention signals arrived in the P&L rather than in time to act on them.
What changed
Prism consolidated bookings, payments, access, and the member app onto one system. Cut-over took between one and eight weeks depending on estate size. The first owner briefing landed in week two.
Where they are now
The team now runs the Prism owner briefing as the start of the weekly leadership meeting. Reporting lag is near-zero. Reconciliation is an approval step, not a project.
