The 21-day plan
Days 1–3: data export. Export your Mindbody members, contracts, and class schedule. We provide a CSV mapping template that lines up your fields with ours.
Days 4–7: staff training. Two 60-minute sessions for front desk, one for finance. We record both.
Days 8–14: parallel-run. Both systems live. New bookings flow into Prism; legacy bookings honoured on Mindbody.
Days 15–18: member rollout. Branded Member app pushed to your members. In-app onboarding tour.
Days 19–21: cutover. Mindbody read-only. Prism is the system of record.
