Prism was founded in 2024 by a team of operators and engineers tired of reconciling spreadsheets on Sunday nights. We build the gym management software we wish we'd had when we were running gyms.

How we got here

Daniel Oyelaran ran a 3-site strength gym for six years. Rachel Imrie led operations at a leisure trust. We both spent years exporting to Excel to answer questions that should have been one click away.

In 2024 we started Prism with a single idea: a modern data warehouse that also happens to run your gym. The product has grown, but that core idea hasn't.
